Event Name: Ohio Coast to Coast

Event Date: July 10-11, 2024

Location: Cleveland to Marietta, OH

Comments:

This was a unique event in that there was no check-in the day before. The RV arrived in downtown Cleveland at 4:30 am across the channel from Cleveland Brown stadium. Carrie and Ty set up for athletes as they staggered out of their vehicles around 5 am. Shortly after, a fully attended ASM-sponsor gear giveaway warmed the athletes up for a long day on the course.

At 6 am the gun sound and athletes headed off on foot into the city of Cleveland. As the course traveled south across the state of Ohio, Ty picked key points to scurry ahead in the RV and greet the athletes as they passed. The RV eventually turned into the target for athletes to navigate their way to the checkpoints. Basically, they were quite happy to see us! The beautiful bright yellow paint job served its purpose.

After Ty spent the afternoon following athletes along the course and taking snapshots, it was time for the big yellow bus to head West, Colorado bound!
