The North American Adventure Race Championship Series Revolutionizes Grassroots Adventure Racing

October 14, 2024 -naARcs, the North American Adventure Race Championship Series, launched its website today, and is now taking registrations for all adventure race Teams, Races, Racers and Support Crew in North America.

naARcs, pronounced (nay' arks), is a completely new type of adventure race series, and it is expected to revolutionize adventure racing in North America.

"naARcs is the first series that delivers value for everyone involved in the sport: Racers, Team Owners, and Race Organizers," comments Matt Davis, owner of naARcs' launch sponsor Outek.com. naARcs 2024 will use a Point Series Championship system to rank adventure race Teams Regionally, Nationally, and across North America, providing the most objective and credible adventure race ranking system available to date. Individual Racers will accumulate their own points as they race, making it possible to provide individual rankings. Racers will receive gear discounts and other schwag as they reach point levels during the race season.

naARcs is the first series to actively promote Team Identity across North America, significantly increasing adventure racers' ability to attract Team sponsors and provide widespread recognition for Team and Racer accomplishments.

naARcs is based on a series model proven to be successful by the TSARCS 2024 regional series. The TSARCS 2024 series incorporated a similar point system and Team Identity, significantly increasing race participation and Team sponsorship opportunities for the Race Organizers and Teams that are participating in TSARCS 2024. naARcs adds more to the already successful model by now recognizing and rewarding individual Racers and support Crew, and allowing any Race Organizer to participate.
